I like how you've emphasised the windy aspect by shooting this piece so that there are things that obscure the original (?) view. It's like you're suggesting how they got in the way and such.
The framing is great and the clouds in the sky add some lovely depth to this piece, too.
But yeah, I prefer this piece because it feels more collected and more full, in terms of the framing and such.
